Optimism Thought of the Week
What Holds Us Together
Across America there are thousands of bridges that motorists cross on a daily basis. Every nut and bolt of the bridge along with its arches plays an important part on the resilience of the structure. It will be safe to assume in order for the bridge to remain intact, routine maintenance must be performed.
If someone were to ask you today, what keeps you together, what would your response be? Like a bridge, over time we can only bear so much. Challenge yourself today to find the routine maintenance you need. Is it biking, or exercising, is it that evening run, or reading or writing that next great blog or novel? Routine maintenance is always a good thing.
